Delaware Bay Therapy Services, LLC uses Simple Practice.
Once you schedule an appointment with me over the phone, you will be sent an invitation to the online client portal.
Once you create a free account, you will be able to access all of your new client paperwork to easily fill out and sign.
Your client portal is also where you can access your telehealth sessions.
Please make sure to fill out all paperwork prior to your appointment via the client portal. This is important as I want you to get the most of our limited time together.
All forms including the informed consent and financial policy forms will be reviewed with your therapist during your initial session. You will have the chance to ask any questions and discuss any concerns regarding counseling at that time.
Also, you will be able to use your client portal to:
- schedule appointments
- send secure messages
- upload documents
- make payments
